Girlfriend brought her car in for inspection, the car did not need rotors or breaks, yet they changed them anyway and charged my girlfriend for parts they had no right to install without consenting with her about it first which they did not do, the breaks were brand new all around as well as rotors, but city centre decided they wanted to make money, definitely will make sure my girlfriend does not go back there, completely dishonest people bunch of crooks will be having their work double checked as they must not be much of professionals changing parts not needing to be changed
