Friendly residence, great management.Clean, new and quite place. It has high quality kitchen cabinets, fridge, and ...Pet friendly building. There is nice green area infront of building to walk your dog or hiking.

Excellent security and key fobs to access building. Clean and new feel. Air conditioning. Excercise rooms, and inside and outside common area for family and visitors on building top terrace. Great run and friendly management. Easy to move into access to building. Spacious apartments

Great apartment building, can’t hear your neighbours at all, very modern styled units, most of the tenants are seniors/retired, key fob entrance, gym/lobby/community room/rooftop terrace/garbage and recycling room, only con of this apartment is the rent it pretty high considering utilities and parking are not included.

I have lived in this building for 3.5 years. Very clean and quiet and it is a pet friendly building. Fitness room, social events, party and good neighbors make this a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone interested in renting in South Barrie !
