Hy Nail Salon is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. HY Nail has the best nail technician I’ve ever had. Nancy does things in her process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

Nancy took me very last minute to fix a bad nail job I had recieved earlier that day at a different salon. I'm ombre obsessed and I'm very particular how I like them done. Nancy 1000% brought my wishes to the table and nailed it' from the shape, to keeping my natural nail, and using dip ~ everything was perfect. I'd highly recommend not only because she has the talent, but because she has customer service skills that put me and my nails as a priority, and that is hard to find. I was having a bad day and her act of kindness was the gesture that I very much needed to turn it around.

Nancy did an amazing job on my pedicure! She took the time to make sure everything was done right. She did not rush through like other places do. She gave a very relaxing foot and leg massage. The salon was very clean and used disposable bags for the basin tubs making it hygienic and sanitary. I will definitely be going back as the service was excellent!

After trying a couple other salons I usually go to and seeing they were full I decided to try Hy Nails since they had good reviews and space to take me, I WILL be back for sure! The salon is very clean and relaxed, the staff is friendly and helpful and they took their time instead of trying to rush one customer after another. It was a great experience!

All the staff there are amazing. They did an excellent job on my acrylic nails, you can tell they pay lots of attention to detail. The pedicure was very nice too, they really try to give you good quality service as opposed to other places where they just get the job done. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. They are also very nice and make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. This will be my go-to for nails in Cambridge from now on.

Im very pleased with Nancy’s work, she is truly a professional. I got a bio gel refill with french tips. I will definitely be back in a few weeks. Highly recommended.
