I know Home-Rail (Edmonton) from a few years back. In my experience, they always bring quality, attention to detail and professionalism to each of their projects. They are also very knowledgeable and great to deal with. When any of our clients ask for a good and affordable aluminium railings , I always recommend Rich!

We visited this establishment in regards to get an idea of the products and services available to us. We were looking to purchase and get the railings side mount on our deck. The attendant just went on and on how expensive it was and that they were fully book yad-yad. We tried to ask some other question about their product and the attendant just kept with how expensive it was. We eventually walked out with a name of a fabrication company they used. It was not what we wanted.We took our business elsewhere and we will have are railings in two weeks. No rating from us it was a terrible experience.

I don't understand all the negative posts about home rail, my experience has been like all the positive posts. As I have an intricate deck with 3 types of railing I was a hard to deal with customer" but the home rail team was patient and explained everything to help me work it out. I've had the welded system from my last house and these are just as good. I would recommend home rail to everyone."

My husband and I needed aluminum railings on our newly re-built deck and front entrance. We wanted the big glass panels and clear glass with the bars that go in between the rail on the stairs. We are quite busy people and wanted to have the railing installed. After submitting quotes to five companies in Edmonton I only heard back from two. One company was going to charge us $4,922.13 for the railing but Home-Rails cost were $3,186.00 which included the railing, the glass, the install and 6 solar lights to go on top of some posts. I am very pleased with how the railing turned out, how professional the employees were and how easy and quick the process was. I will be recommending Home-Rail to any one in need.

Had a great experience at the Edmonton location! Lauren and the team from Home-Rail Edmonton did a bang up job in supplying me the material I needed to finish my newly renovated home in Edmonton. We had 6' privacy wind wall, topless glass and standard picket railing to be installed at our house. The Boss" my wife loves it! The price was great

Have done 2 projects with this company and have loved every minute of it. From dealing with Rich with ordering the material and picking up the material and having such friendly and helpful staff load our vehicle with the material. And great prices as well!!

I am a renter and I just wanted to say that Home-Rail did such a great job installing aluminum railing in my house and the people who were working were so polite. They brought everything into my home, helped me measure the railing, and then cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.

Our glass deck railing was installed 3 years ago and we have been very pleased with the privacy it offered whilst allowing light to flow through our deck. After the May long week end, we returned home to find one of the larger glass panels totally shattered in thousands of pieces. We verified with our neighbour and they were not aware of the panel breakage so we were bewildered as to how it happened. Our backyard is very private and there was no chance of any vandalism.I contacted Home Rail by phone to learn they had closed for the day . I left a voice message explaining what had happened. My call was returned at 8:30 am as soon as they opened the following morning. I emailed pictures of the deck rail and I was contacted the next day by Richard.He explained he would be out to measure for a new panel and one would be ordered immediately at no charge to us. Richard even offered to assist with the clean up by bringing his shop vac as we did not have one! Very thoughtful indeed!The panel was measured and replaced within a 2 week period at no cost to us. They stand by their product.All in all, we are extremely pleased with our deck rails, the after sales service provided and the overall integrity of this company.If you are looking for deck rails, I highly recommend them !
