VW Centre Service

You do not want to bring your vehicle to this place. Seriously.I checked my van in three weeks ago. After the usual week of radio silence (you can call, but you'll only get to talk to the voicemail), I went there in person to see if anything had been done. Answer: Nothing. I only have the one mechanic who can work on vintage VWs and he hasn't had the time". I say "Alright. I have to leave for work for two weeks. Can you please make sure the work gets done by then?" Answer "Yes

It was Jessica who had organized a repair of my car's front bumper and side light. It was refreshing to have someone whose communication style was honest and direct. Less of the condescending one-ups-manship that sometimes plague mechanics. The work is as you would expect for any specialized VW centre. To my untrained eyes, as good as new.

All my life , and i am over 40, all I ever drove was volkswagen...since i was born it was nothing but vw. And now I came to my last one. The quality of the product has drastically dropped...their rust and corrosion warranty is ridiculous. When they sell you a wrong product , replacement part...well apparently I should know how the good one looks...when you ask them what are specifics of certain part apparently they dont have the specifications...i wonder who does.

Very helpful, but it has been almost two weeks without any update on the status of my car, as they are waiting for the parts to arrive. This is very understandable, but a more accurate timeline would have been very helpful.

BEST VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE CENTER.RECOMMEND! MAJDI HASSAN IS THE PERSON WHO TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY CAR.This is by far the best Volkswagen Service I've gotten. My key was stuck in my ignition lock and there was no way for me to turn off my car. I was actually heading to another service center (On saint Hubert) that was open during this Covid-19 time, and they were telling me that my ignition wasn't under warranty, I was sure it was though. I'M SO GLAD I called this VW service center in downtown, and spoke to Jessica (AMAZING service and so kind, her soft voice really inspires trust) where they confirmed to me that it was under warranty!! I right away took my car out of the VW service I was at (which is the one called Popular" on saint Hubert street) and took it to the one in downtown. THEY DON'T TRY TO SCAM YOU! THEY ARE HONEST WORKERS. I'm so happy I finally found a service center I can trust.They topped my essential liquids

Very bad experience with these people. They damaged my car and denied all responsibility.The men at the front desk tried to tell me that the damage is impossible and they said the damage must have been pre-existing. They are not honest people at VW Centre-Ville. They spoke down to me and they were dismissive.Now I have to pay hundreds more to have the damage fixed elsewhere. I will never come to this location again, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. Their mechanics are very inexperienced and will cause more harm than good.

Sorely disappointed. I asked for one service and signed the agreement without double checking to verify if the service engineer had added more services than I had asked for. When I called back to complain, I was given the: you should have checked before you signed" treatment. Well

Unprofessional team. Poor customer service.Worst service I ever got. I dropped the car at 7:30AM ; I booked the earliest appointment possible (7:30AM) because I absolutely needed the car in the evening. I was told by the agent that the car should be ready before 5PM. I just happened to be around the service centre around 3PM and thought I'd pass by to enquire about the repairs. The rep explained that the car will only be ready the next day because 'a lot of work is required". When asked about a courtesy car
