This is my favourite place in town. Great food great atmosphere cold beer! If you're a local ride your bike here relax on a patio the village has a really cool feel.

I found this place on Google when I was looking for a dinner spot close by and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was great and very friendly. The food was also great. We stayed and had a couple alcoholic beverages. The atmosphere was cozy.I'm sure they will need to expand. It's located in one of the old, historic Pickering Village semi-detached homes. They make do with the space though. Great local spot! Definitely going again!

What can i say, the Galley is just the perfect place to be after a long day at work or just a relaxing night with your friends. I come here a couple times during the week and it has never dissapointed me. Everyone here is so amazing, friendly and caring. Great food, great dip (try the crab dip)

I think I would have gotten higher quality food if I had to try dumpster diving instead of going into The Gallery" to eat.I ordered the Hot Turkey with Fries Dressing & Gravy. When it came out it came with just a little gravy on the turkey...none on the french fries

This place was bumping on a Saturday night. Live music downstairs. We had drinks upstairs and the noise level from the band was perfect background music. Food all looked good, nice Newfie meals. Our waitress was super nice and on the ball.

My wife and I went a couple of times. Staff were nice; food was so-so. Draft not always available. Not surprised to learn they're closing this week. That location has seen four or five bars/eateries in the last dozen years. Nothing lasts long there.

This place isn’t student friendly at all. The chicken wings were good two years ago but they decided to change it to chicken nuggets. The fries were good two years ago as well. This place was very promising until they decided to be cheap with everything. Lastly the waiter/bartender has a terrible fake accent that is starting to become unbearable.

If you want the best fish and chips ever look no further than The Galley in Pickering Village. You will not be disappointed. The menu has something for everyone but the Cod and chips with stuffing and gravy was amazing.

Patio is fantastic. A quiet one man band was playing. Limited menu very pricy compared to other restaurants. Their daily specials on the board looked good and price was right. Draft was a little warm and full of foam. However atmosphere and the service well makes me want to give it another try.

Favourite place for dinner and craft beers. My boyfriend and I have made this place a regular stop and the friends we've brought along are in love.Homemade food is worth every penny and more. Huge portions and everything is fresh and delicious.Staff are great. Shout out to Phil our server the last two times. He's awesome.Adorable homestyle atmosphere with great music. Perfect place for a casual dinner.
