disgusting. came in last night and they gave me a burnt bagel that was so hard you couldn’t even bite into it. they knew damn well when they were spreading the butter that the bagel was not good to serve. absolutely disgusting

We are across the street , and we frequent this location offen, I myself go thru the drive thru every morning mon-fri. In the past month or so i have seen a decline in customer service. There has been a change of staff. Seems they just can't get my order right! i ask for a well done , double toasted bagel and it comes to me the opposite, barely toasted and minimal cream cheese. Please train your staff to LISTEN when well done is asked , well done should be given. Thanks!

This was my first time ordering tims from this location through Uber eats. Someone thought it was a mighty fine idea to put my large coffee on top of the box of donuts I bought, causing the coffee to spill in the bag an all over my food. First an last time I’m ordering from here. Very disappointed, wish I could give no stars but I had to choose one star unfortunately.

today I came in to get a coffee donut. I saw one of the staff very rude to a customer. The person was trying to redeem an order, there was this Asian lady staff so impatient with him. He was trying to get help using the app, the lady said she didnt know how to use it. We said you work there. Anyway she was so rude that I left the place and went to the major mac one. It was not the first time she was rude. Please train the staff serve customer nicely.

Sunday is the worst day to visit in this location. The work leader is not here, no one is doing the job, all employees just standing around chatting, turn on the music aloud, speaking their own language. I waited for almost 5 minutes, no one come to take my order. Finally one mustache guy came and I placed my orders. My coffee has coffee grind , the wedges is very hard and the wrap is wrong. I didn't order bacon and she put bacon, the chicken absolutely look dry, but she still gives it to the customer . It is not respect to the customer.

Update:As this location is the closest to me, I was there last week and today, and yet they always managed to screw up your order.Decided to used the Tim's app to order/pay ahead and chose the option to pick up at drive... window. When I got there I had to reconfirm all items I order which is fine but its was like I was just pulling up and order as they were now making eveythjng as they as me to park ahead and then they had to make two trips as they have forgot a few items.

Absolutely ridiculous service every time I get their drive through. Most recently ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter, 2 hash browns and an apple juice. Told everything is in the bag. Got home and apple juice was missing, instead of everything bagel gave me sesame bagel that too burnt and without butter!! Like seriously!! PAY ATTENTION. Never returning again!

Toooooooo slow! Line up 10 mins to buy a coffee, and there is 10 ppl are working , 2 ppl in front of me left, I think they can not wait for that long. Honestly, it’s too slow

Staffs like chatting in a group more than serving the customers. Garbage is overflowing, I tell one staff, but she ignored.
