What a great place to get the mattress and boxspring you need and want! Fabulous customer care from Toni!! I was able to take time and find the best option for me. I know I will be getting a brand NEW mattress (not a “new” one that someone else actually returned). I purchased my last set here (10+ years ago, and it had a 10 year warranty) and have been very happy with it, it’s just time to replace. I am very happy with my new choice. Set was $500 less than I expected to spend for the quality I wanted.This store is my first and only stop. Thank you so much for another great purchasing experience!

Cassie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She asked me about my preferences and sleep issues in depth, and recommended options from there. Dealing with her was the most stress free experience I’ve ever had buying furniture. Would highly recommend.

I just bought my mattress and adjustable bed frame from mattress mattress in Lethbridge and I wish I could give them 6 stars. Toni and her team are fantastic! She is so kind and personable. They are not pushy at all and their main goal is to get you the perfect mattress for you. They give unbiased advice and are very knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service!! Cassie was super helpful and so friendly. We were shopping for a mattress for a camper and she was able to get a custom size and great price! We will definitely go back when we need another mattress!!I should also mention that we originally called The Brick to ask about mattress sizes, all their sales associates were busy and one was suppose to call back, several weeks later nobody ever called and we are very glad we went with Mattress Mattress!!

My sales person was Margret and she was sensational. She was so helpful and knew her stuff. I bought an adjustable bed and mattress. Because of my circumstances I needed to store my bed for a long time and they had no problem with that. I would recommend Margret and Mattress Mattress to anyone.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Will help match the bed you need for how you sleep. Various options available from coil spring mattresses to bed in a box. Was able to take my beds (single and double) from the store the day I paid for it. I believe they have delivery available.

Cassie is wonderful! She's so knowledgeable with all the different types of mattresses. She took the time to answer all our questions and explain the different types of mattresses, toppers and foam. She gave her honest opinion on each of the beds and didn't pressure us into making any decisions or a purchase. I would highly recommend asking for Cassie if you're looking at getting a new mattress.
