I was looking for a new phone after my phone was stolen and thought I'd checkout this place. Josh and Tahir helped me out. I don't have enough good things to say about them.Josh made sure my bell account was suspended and the phone's IMEI number was blacklisted so whoever stole it wouldn't be able to use it or access any data in it. They were thoroughly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and didn't push any unnecessary sales. They took the time to explain the various options and made recommendations I was happy with, answered all my questions patiently and they had everything sorted quickly. Some of the best customer service I've recieved in a while. I would recommend them to everyone!!

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my very old phone and they were able to transfer my data to a new phone, set up all my apps, and get my new phone working in a timely manner. They also explained step by step how to use my new phone. Thank you Ali and Adam for the help!

Worked with Ali and his team to get the best possible deal and a new phone. Had to figure out what was best between my personal plan, my wife’s corporate plan and a new plan for my daughter. Resulted in huge savings in time and money. Will be back for sure!

Sam has to be a professional con artist as far as i can tell, the guy makes a deal showing one amount and makes you sign a contract way over the amount agreed to (in my case it went from 240 to 312 A MONTH), after which i wanted to cancel and his attitude shift was extremely evident to the point where he completely messed my sim plans up and now I'm having to deal with multiple careers to get the issue and obligations resolved. To anyone who is going to this store please be careful on what you sign since that is what you are obligated to pay
