I go there every 2-3 weeks for nails and virginia is great!!! All the ladies are so happy and cheerful, always chatting with their customers. Greet you right at the door! Very great customer service!!

Wendy is fabulous. I always have a great time and feel like she is a true friend while I am getting my hair done. If you want the best, sometimes you have to wait for the best. Wendy is usually booked solid so make sure to call in advance.She knows her stuff. Highly recommended.

Have been going to my stylist Michelle at Sunserity for 14 years, no need to change when you find one that is amazing! Shop itself is terrific and the rest of the staff are awesome as well!

My mother and I arrived at the salon early, she had booked an appointment a week in advance, and I was hoping there would be space for a walk in for myself; as I approached the desk I noticed three stylists sitting in their chairs not busy with any clients, a lady approached us and my mom told her she had an appointment booked at 11:30 am and the woman said there was no appointment booked for her, then one of the the three stylists sitting there doing nothing added that her name was erased from the appointment book and that someone else was put in her spot, they didn't make us aware of this prior to our arrival. My mom was very disappointed as she had taken time off work to make it to the appointment, we also live out of town so we wasted our gas getting there, after they made us aware of this ridiculous situation they didn't even apologize or show any concern for our mistreatment or offer to fix their mistake.. We will never be returning or booking another appointment just for it to be replaced for another person. Also they said there was no time for a walk in but yet there was three stylists sitting there socializing and not doing their job or making an effort to accommodate us. I would stay far away from this salon, their priorities are obviously not to make their customers happy. Awful place, awful employees.

Nice and close to home, friendly service and I have never been disappointed with a haircut and good prices. My favorite place in PA so far much better than your bigger chain salons that's for sure!

Highly recommend. As a former hairdresser, this place has very talented professional stylists that can give a great cut and style. I will be back for sure.

Only went here twice a few years ago and never returned. Hair was mediocreat best, nothing wrong with it but was special either, and the hairdresser seemed grumpy both times. Not a good experience but not awful!

The hair dresser was not sympathetic for giving my daughter a hair cut that my daughter DID NOT WANT! This hair dresser thought it be best to make her own opinion and my daughter was very upset. I had to argue for a discount and she kept on defending her actions! Don’t ever take your kids to this salon, she does not listen to them but gives her opinions when not needed! after my argument she decided to give me 50% off the hair cut… my daughter is 12 and she charged her for a woman’s hair cut… I paid and left, never go here! She doesn’t care about how you feel, only about how she thinks! She’s a older woman!

Logan did a great female cut, and was very pleasant! She's fairly new out of training but you wouldn't know it...she knows her stuff!

Lois at Sunserity Salon gave my mom an excellent hair cut. Mom has been going there for many yrs. As I sat waiting for mom’s cut to be finished, I chatted to others there and watched others get various services done too, all with great results. All the staff was friendly and gave great service.
