If you’re looking to get ripped off and taken advantage of, this is your place to go!I am so disappointed with the service provided to my family, as customers for 15yrs I expected better. When the account holder passes away and the widow is having problems with the tractor, don’t promise her that you’ll help her out and take care of her and then give her a $400 bill after holding onto the machine for 4 weeks claiming you don’t know what is wrong. Truly upsetting, I don’t recommend their services.

I like this store. Good selection of Stihl equipment, acessories, and parts. The last time I was there I needed little screw. They sold me just the one for about a dollar. I am sure it would have be need cheaper to just give it to me. Good service.

My son has been using Green Tractors for maintenance for his mowers for a few years and we have never had any issues. At the start of each mowing season, he gets maintenance done, and they said the spark plugs, oil changed, air filters, etc were all done. However since April he has noticed there has been issues with one of his mowers and today decided to remove the spark plug, and its pitch black.. I called up their service department, and the response I got was Well your using it aren't you?"I dunno

Just bought my first John Deere a 1025R TLB from the Green Tractor Kingston location. The process was seamless and Randy was awesome to deal with, even delivered the tractor himself.Thanks again Randy it was a real pleasure! I hope if I have any future dealings with your service team they will be just as friendly and knowledgeable… Definitely recommend checking out tye Kingston location for your tractor needs!

I work at Rona Home and Garden and i am a dealer of John Deere products, I have never experienced such great customer service. Adam the service manager and James in the parts department treated me extremely well and got everything i needed for replacements within a week. On behalf of Rona, i strongly recommend doing business through Green Tractors. Excellent service, kept me posted on when they ordered my product and how long it was going to take. Very impressed. Just stopped by for information and the agent understood what I was looking for a lawn tractor with a snow blower attachment and he had some on site. The blower is excellent but I am looking for a smaller tractor possibly S240. I have the summer to get the details right.

UPDATE -After having issues with several tractors. Steve from Green Tractors contacted me and took it upon himself to personally see that the issues got resolved. So far I am happy with the effort they are making to resolve these problems.

Helpful friendly staff. Very reasonable prices on parts. Took weedeater in for tune up. Was completed quickly for less than anticipated charge. They explained the needed repairs.

Always polite and courteous staff. Nice big facility. Service and repairs have always been good. They carry a great variety of Stihl products and some forestry stuff too.
