I am just starting a reno project on our home and reached to RoCo design for new layout drawings. Robert was very efficient and thorough with his drawings and had great design ideas for our century home. For preparing the permit application, Robert came to our house 3-4 times, initial, drafting, fine measurement, post-construction. Three different proposals were provided, depends on material of the beam. He submitted application for Building Permit to municipality. He communicated with building contractor, who is not a part of his company. He provided advice even at final billing part we were dealing with the contractor.
