Super 7 Motel

This was the worst motel we ever stopped at we booked the room and went to get settled in we opened the door the first thing we saw a bug on the floor that was it we scooped it onto a Kleenex and took it to the office and she said oh that's OK it's only a beetle well we were not sleeping in that room even if it was only a beetle how did it get in and was there more so we went got our money refunded and left and found the most wonderful clean friendly reasonable room we would ever hope to find.

Rooms are great, good condition but not enough soap (the cheapest)to take a proper shower

Beware.This place is nasty and they won't honor their published prices. Some of the linen was bloodied and the blankets have cigarette burns right through. The staff know the issues and are quick to get into a verbal scrimmage.Smells of mold. Stay away if at all possible

Very grateful for the early check in availability I had here. We stayed in one of Motel 7’s jacuzzi rooms. It was quite and tucked away from the road which was nice. The room has a desk, small table and chairs.It looks like the owners have been trying to update the rooms. The motel is close to Victoria Hospital, which is why I chose it. The staff are very friendly. I would recommend this place.

Just stayed overnight...fresh sheets..comfy bed...wake up call...included fast breakfast, was ok...had to fly, close to airport...

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is a complete scam and unsafe. We made arrangements for this motel online and arrived Friday night prior to the Kane Brown concert. We left our vehicle and belongings there, and our friends picked us up and took us to their hotel which was closer to the venue. When we returned after the concert, our door was ajar, and when we entered the room, our flatscreen TV was on the floor. We immediately contacted the front desk and took a photo of the TV on the floor And told them about the incident and how we felt unsafe. They did not do anything to accommodate us or change our room and they would not give us our money back. The next morning when we left and checked out, they refused to give us our $100 deposit saying that we punched a hole in the TV. This was completely untrue and as I mentioned, we had photos of the TV. I told them to check the surveillance cameras which would show that from the time we entered the room to the time that we got somebody from the front desk we were not in the room long enough to even cause any further damage. They said that the surveillance cameras were unavailable. The staff was unprofessional and did not help and did not return our hundred dollar deposit. As we were leaving the motel, there was a police officer in the parking lot that we spoke to and she said that they get calls on a nightly basis, and never to book there. That they are a complete scam. But there was nothing further she could do at that time. My recommendation… DO NOT STAY HERE.

I forgot about this motel, and now I know why. Their renovating?! You pay for what you get, yikes. Who paints their bathtubs or puts a finish on them?! They do. The length of their tubs are too short in length. They replaced the old AC, with a louder one. And, put them up too high, like at 4'5 not on ground."

Room was small for the price, fridge froze ever, AC was useless, bathroom small, not enough towels for everyone, room cleaned everyday, could not turn up TV or mute it, watched and guessed what was being said. , front end staff was polite . says pet friendly but was told after check in no pets. cost per day more then the room was worth. trouble changing chanel’s on TV
