Power Traxx Electric did the electrical for our hot tub install. They were great in making suggestions as to how best run the cable/wiring for functionality and aesthetics. Workers were fantastic, courteous and cleaned the area after completion. Highly recommend!

As was the experience of many Windsorites, the recent ice storm wreaked havoc with both my Bell services and electric power. From the first conversation with Kristy at Power Traxx I had nothing but excellent service. Dillon was the first to check out the damage from the ice to assess materials required for repairs and Rob followed up coming to take another look because little of what remained could be salvaged and he wanted to make sure the work could be completed once the team returned. Sure enough, when Oliver and Luca came to my property they were able to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner and Rob returned to ensure I was satisfied. The entire Power Traxx team was excellent! They were so thorough and reassuring as they walked me through what needed to be done and how long it would take. I felt very confident in their ability to complete the job so power could be restored to my house. They ensured that Enwin was apprised of the progress so the Enwin team could come to connect the wires. Rob and his team are outstanding! They communicated with me frequently and treated me with kindness, understanding and respect during what was a stressful time for me. Not happy with them. Literally, they charged $ 129.95 to replace two fuses. They asked for my credit card details in advance, so please be aware that you will not be able to dispute their charges. To be fair, they showed up quickly upon request.

We were having a problem with the circuit breaker after installing 2 new light fixtures. So we called Power Traxx and an electrician came over within half and hour ! Sarah did an amazing job and found the problem. We are up and running now and the owner, Rob, was very pleasant on the phone and I told him how pleased we were. Thanks so much Power Traxx!

David and Jen came to our house to repair broken wiring in our lighting and installed some updated led lights. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very fast. They showed up on time, and cleaned up when they were done, which was awesome and unexpected. I’m very happy with the quality of work we received and how much nicer the house looks with working lights! Highly recommend!

Great place! I called around to get my meter box replaced as it wasn’t safe. These guys did an awesome and quick job! Very happy with the job done. I would definitely recommend them or use their company again!

Fast and reliable service. I had an incident where I couldn't figure out how to link an outlet back into the wall. Power Traxx and they were at my house within the hour to fix my mistake. Replaced the box, outlet and cleaned up all the wires that had made it so difficult. Slightly expensive but will always be there quickly and get the job done effectively with a smile. 5/5
