The staff here is so lovely and talented. I’m never disappointed with my nails. Would definitely recommend Butterfly Nails!

One of the best salons I have been to in Vancouver -- Kayla has been so consistent and amazing and always knows exactly what I want and does them perfectly! Would 100% recommend.

It took 2 hours for a full set of acrylics, all one colour. I got no design or French, or anything else “fancy” and it took over 2 hrs. I did get chrome, but it took less than 2 minutes for each hand to apply the chrome. I am not happy with the shape, even tho I kept showing my reference photo throughout the apt; I kept asking about the shape. Another nail technician had to come over and “fix” the shape of one of my nails. The polish on one of my nails is clumpy and there seems to be stuff underneath the polish causing a bump or bubble on the side of the nail. The side of the nails are not neat and the polish not fully covering the sides of the nails. Regarding the actual colour of the nails, I really liked how they turned out.

This place was so wonderful. They were able to accommodate my bridal party for manicures and pedicures and it was such a lovely time. Everyone was so friendly and happy for us and my entire party left happy with their beautiful nails. Thank you so much to your whole team, they all did amazing work and made us feel welcome.

I have been getting my nails done at Butterfly for over a year now and always leave happy with my nails! Emma takes her time to make sure they are perfect and does a great job with designs :)

Very nice atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. I go see Nhi as my primary nail woman, and she is fabulous. I recommend going there if you are looking for new nails or anything of the sort.

I don’t write google reviews. But wow, by far the worst acrylics I’ve ever gotten :( they’re completly not what I wanted and I even told her during the appoitment and she wasn’t correcting anything. I asked for coffin and they are literally completly square. So dissapointed to work 4 hours for horrible nails. Not to mention the appoitment started 25 minutes late and the lady left for 5 minutes for a snack break DURING MY APPOITMENT. Won’t be returning

I go to Butterfly studio for a while now and I have to say i love their work! I always go with Kayla, but Ive tried other girls and they were awsome as well.. They are super nice, always very helpful. Shoutout to kayla whos is always doing my crazy or stupid dizajns and never complains(just sometimes haha). Definitely recommend!

What an amazing nail salon!!! I recommend this place to everyone, especially with Kim! She was the best, and was so friendly and fun to talk to! She took great care of my nails and was very attentive towards them - constantly checking in if I liked the shape and the length. This was honestly the best my nails has ever looked. Kim shaped them so beautifully, and she was able to follow my inspo pic perfectly as well (with an added magic touch!). lf you’re looking for a nail tech in the city go to Kim at Butterfly Salon I swear you will not regret it ❤️

I have been a client of the Broadway location for many years, today was my first visit to the recently opened West 10th location. Their new salon is very spacious, clean, relaxing and comfortable. Kristina and her staff are excellent technicians as well as being kind, polite and friendly.
