Most helpful staff I have ever dealt with .. I needed a timing belt for a packaging machine and they went out of there way to get it. No one else was able or willing to even try to get it and the they had it in my hands in under 24 hours !!

An amazing company run by very professional and considerate workers. I called on a Friday afternoon in a panic to get a new house anchor for our hydro line that day. They were very helpful and even came to the house to see what exactly we needed done. Also, they were able to find a worker asap to install the needed fixture, got the worker approved by the ESA and we had hydro back before 5pm that day! I am so grateful to this company and will gladly use them again.

My parents are still waiting for a job to be completed. Several emails and phone calls later and Tony Telford has stopped responding. He hasn't completed the work and its been well over a year, nor has he refunded them their money.UPDATE -Steve Donoghue Service manager has taken over and fully completed the job. There were a few bumps during completion however, Steve took the reins, found solutions and fully resolved everything. My parents are very pleased with the completed job and very happy for all Steve did for them. Review changed to a 4.

Had a recent problem with household wiring which I had mistakenly attributed to a faulty 30 amp circuit breaker. A call to Orser Technical Services resulted in a technician arriving at our home within an hour of my call. The Technician was prompt, courteous, methodical, and professional. She had the problem rectified in very short order and identified the cause as other than the breaker getting us back in order in a very short time. I definitely recommend Orser Technical Services for electrical needs.

These guys are awesome. We had a pool installed and when we found out the electrical wasn't part of the deal (which was at the last minute) Orser Technical came to the rescue. They sent a team out and hooked us up right away! They were friendly, courteous, professional and the pricing was more than fair. We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from them. 5 stars! thanks guys!
