Great experience at Ottawa Valley Yamaha. Kateri and her team were great and made the whole purchase really smooth. We love our Grizzly 700, it's a beast and we haven't had a single issue since purchase! That being said, sorry it took me so long to get this review up! We will definitely be back when we are ready for another machine! Also, shout out to Amber in Service, super knowledgeable and informative and got us in for our first service with a rush appointment so we could get it done before hunting season and not miss a day in the bush!

Brought bike in June 2022. I was told it needed a carb kit, picked bike up 2 months later, since apparently thats how long it takes for basic maintenance. I broke down on route home and had to push the bike 3 km in a thunderstorm to get it home. I took it back to the shop to confirm the carb was good to go and was then told the fuel pump was going which leads me to believe that was the issue in the first place. Got the fuel pump replaced, it only took until May 2023 which is absurd. I picked it up to drive it home only to break down for the second time. Ottawa Valley Yamaha told me the air intake was drawing too much air and I should replace it with the stock one but if I didn't rev the engine it would be fine but it was not. Also the 30 amp main fuse keeps blowing, I was told it was a wire shorting something out. This was not an issue prior to dropping it off there and now is a major issue. My bike was there for 11 months which is a complete joke and completely unreasonable. It is in a worse state than when I bought it in and not rideable at all. I would highly recommend going absolutely anywhere other than Ottawa Valley Yamaha.
