I was looking for a vintage cut that would allow me to do more styles I wanted. Well Deena delivered. She's knowledgeable and just super awesome! Got exactly what I wanted and had a laugh.

Just moved to the area and first time going here, I called for a last minute appointment and was lucky enough to get in same day! Sydney was so lovely and did an amazing job on my colour. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend & will definitely be back!

Mel always does my hair and I have never been disappointed. I've never witnessed anyone else leave the salon looking unimpressed and I would recommend Vivid Salon to anyone. The salon is clean and all of the staff are very friendly. I find the prices to be reasonable for the level of service and skill they provide.

Beware! I was only in this salon only once before Covid19 and loved the cut. When the salons reopened, I left a message on the salon's voicemail asking for an appt with Deena. I did get a text to set up an appointment, but it wasn't from Deena it was from an unknown person. I didn't think twice about this as I could just image how many calls needed to be returned and having someone help with this task is being productive. I set up my appt and went. I had only met Deena once. I honestly thought it was Deena who was doing my hair. I would not image that someone else would scoop my info, make an appointment with me and lure me into their home. I didn't think changing locations due to Covid19 was questionable as a lot of people are now working from home now. This person got my contact info from the salon but wasn't working there - this is how she got info! I didn't know it wasn't Deena - she was wearing a mask. I guess I should of asked for the mask to be removed to identify herself. In the end, the cut was the worst I have ever had. Once I started complaining, it dawned on my that this was not Deena. This is fraudulent and identity theft. This was brought to Deena 's attention and not even an apology. If it happened to me, how many others????

I would like to thank Deena (owner and hairdresser extraordinaire) and Sydney for helping to create a perfect wedding for my daughter. Thank you for your incredible styling skills, patience and professionalism. The bride was stunning and the bridesmaids were flawless. Thank you for saving the day..Nana never looked better. I expected nothing less; you always deliver.

Miranda is amazing! Always treated with so much respect when you go in for a hair cut, etc. and her cuts are superior to anyone in Orillia!
