Horrible customer service. I went in to have some hand drawn, black & white art pieces scanned, and they forgot one of the pieces in a scanner. It was shredded even though I signed up for a business account that day (so my contact info was on file) and I was back within a week to retrieve my missing piece. Will be taking my business elsewhere and you should too!

No phone service-... I called 3 different times to find out if they do shredding. Phone rang and rang.............. never did get an answer
