Canadian Pacific Railway, Vancouver Int. Facility

I have been sitting at the railway crossing in Pitt meadows for over 30 minutes during rush hour , and watched not one but two trains go by. It most frustrating part is this happens multiple times a day. GET A SCHEDULE AND STICK TO IT, BE COURTEOUS TO DRIVERS!

It was a better place before. No long waitings. But now everyone got depressed when enter cp because you don't know when you will be out. 3 to 4 hours normaly wait for services. they don't care if your log book is over or no. Can not drop loads on wheels. And they always find ways to ban you without any mistakes or proofs. Hardly manage to escape from this cp yard. very unprofessional and very rude staff. top lifts always honk you and yell on you. Very stressful environment here.

You guys need to spend some money and make an underpass for the community because these wait times are ridiculous. I don't have a problem waiting to get thru but honestly being stuck behind a crossing for an hour is ridiculous.

Despite multiple warnings by Bylaw and other authorities, drivers constantly park their work vehicles illegally - this one in particular has been requested on numerous occasions not to park on the curb, causing a blindspot at an intersection and being the direct fault for dozens of near misses.

This company's presence is a disease to the City of Pitt Meadows. Consistently every day trains are stopped on the tracks dividing the community. And it's only going to get worse. Surely with a net income of 2.4 billion in 2020 they could afford a solution for the city and its people.

Have been waiting on Harris road for 15mins already and there is absolutely no trains crossing. What a waste of time for everyone waiting. This is unacceptable.

Do not ship US containers through Vancouver.CP Rail will go weeks not knowing where container is, this is the 3rd time I've shipped a container through Vancouver, all 3 times a disaster, C P Rail customer service is non existent, won't even answer simple emails, never again, USA ports have a much shorter delay now.

Stuck on Harris road again. Watching a triple-engine CP train pass by Eastbound. Will be late to work today. At least there wasn't another one back to back in the other direction.1:3 odds this happens. Irregardless of whether I leave 30 minutes early or 5 minutes early, irregardless of what day of the week it is. I cannot see a pattern, or schedule. And that's your problem.CP is the greatest singular menace to the community of Pitt Meadows. I mean that.Since we all know an underpass is at least half a decade away (this is BC), an appropriate solution: A moratorium on CP trains (WCE excluded) operating Eastbound between 7-9 AM and 3-5 PM, assuming implementing timetables is beyond CP's logistical abilities.
