Amy did a great job at getting us the balloons and set up we needed to have our son's first birthday pictures turn out great! She was helpful and informative. It may have been a simple request, but it was one important to us and she treated us with importance!

Honestly tried to support local, complete failure, tried calling for two days and no response, texted the number in the voicemail and no response. Tried to get Balloon Garland for my nephews celebration. Honestly better off going to the dollar store. At least someone will help you right away and not ignore you. I do not recommend this business at all, unless you like being ignored

Amy was very responsive via email and pulled together some lovely balloons for our son's 3rd bday. She does offer delivery for a fee, which is convenient. However, I picked them up from her place and it was no trouble at all. The only thing I would say is that it was a little on the expensive side. We had three bouquets of 10 balloons, one large number balloon and a small personalized Happy Birthday" banner and it came out to $230 after tax. That said

I had a great experience with Paper Unicorn. The balloons for my niece's birthday arrived on time and were beautiful. Amy sent me many options to choose from, and it was super easy to arrange long distance.
