Terrible service, unreasonable prices!Initially, they informed me about a promotion and quoted $20 per document instead of $40. However, upon reviewing my document, I realized that I had forgotten to send N attachment of my driving license. I requested them to add the attachment, but they declined and insisted on charging me extra $62 for a single page with just one phrase as an attachment.Yes, an extra $62! Just for attachment!Moreover, even after waiting for two weeks, they claimed to have sent the documents, but I never received them. Frankly, I believe they didn't even send them in the first place. When I contacted them, they asked me to pick up the documents myself, despite the fact that the delivery service was supposed to be included and paid for.I am extremely disappointed with their service and do not recommend them at all

The website was down and the workbook was not accessible for 4 days over Easter break where I cancelled or my plans to use the holiday time to study. The staff were not reachable by phone nor by email. Very disappointing! What a waste of time.
