A long overdue review for the Lapensee Company. Please read fully before considering buying.Very long story short: my family purchased 3 of their highest end mattresses. We could not be more disappointed with the customer service and the product.Within days of receiving our mattresses, we noticed a bump forming in the middle of the mattresses (yes - all 3 of them) leaving concavities on either side where we slept. We reported the issue immediately. It took more than 1 month before the company took our mattresses back to analyse them and ultimately modify the fill. The reason for the delay they said: We are busy during the summer months". Funny

Ordered on Saturday where a call was received to personally schedule delivery that same day, mattress was promptly delivered following Wenesaday. No fuss at all. Great job guys!

Have had our mattress for a few weeks now and it is incredible. And it's double-sided, which you can't really find anywhere else. Top notch product and service. Martin was patient, attentive and really knowledgeable. Made us feel special and cared for. Would definitely recommend.

Would recommend to family and friends. Staff was knowledgable and very friendly. Found best quality price on the market probably because you deal direct with the manufacturer. Didn't know we could still get reversible mattresses which lasts much longer. Delivery and installation went like a charm. And if you don't take my word for it, check out there fantastic awards! No wonder they won best customer satisfaction award with Protéger-Vous.

After 5 years of owning a Lapensée mattress, I realized I should leave a review. A mattress is a big purchase and it can be hard to cut through the jargon/gimmicks in the industry. After a lot of research and comparison shopping, we decided on a hybrid pocket coil/memory foam mattress from Matelas Lapensée. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Five years later, it's still the right combination of support and comfort. It was a big investment, but worth it. Going to bed is a joy! And it should last 15 to 20 years. The local staff were fantastic, though I can't remember any names.
