Just received the worst customer service from a seriously arrogant and condescending manager" by the name of William Ma.Will never visit this branch again.Step up your customer service Servus. It's a joke."

We had a mortgage through these guys for many years. They always made time for us and made sure we were up to date on information and knew what to expect. The regular banking services are okay. They have coffee and their help desk is situated in a perfect place.. not off to the side and not in the way. Lines for tellers can be long and slow but what bank doesn't experience this? a bank no one goes to doesn't sound like a very good bank... thumbs up..

Servus Credit Union has been unbelievably difficult to deal with while trying to make payments, pay outstanding bills and address issues regarding an estate of a long time customer. They have frozen all accounts forcing us to borrow money to pay outstanding bills and utilities for his properties. They refuse to sell on investment tied to a RRIF as it drops in value, currently down approximately 15% in value. They continue to tell us they are protecting his assets even though it continues to cost the estate thousands of dollars.

Excellent customer service. I recently dealt with Elliot Lin for a mortgage and he was prompt, professional and kind. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

They have only one person there so you have to spend 1/2 hour or more to make a transaction.They do not care about customers.Do not go there!

I've had a few appointments with Todd and every time he's been extremely helpful with getting my situation sorted out. He's helped turn a stressful situation into a successful one. I'm thankful for him and his team's help at the Millwoods Servus Credit Union Branch.

Difficult bank to do business with. Yes they're kind when you visit a branch...but After years of my family banking here we moved our business elsewhere and had a MUCH MUCH better experience. And I agree with a previous review. Once you close an account they deal even worse with you if you have a current loan. We had a 10k line of credit from since i was in my 20s. Turns out when I wanted to use that line of credit , The branch manager changed the line of credit to a lower amount so we can't use it. Okay, fine then you don't want my business. I guarantee I'll finish that loan and never come back. Just the other day a young adult I know asked what's a good bank and I definitely steered them to a better one that starts with an S and ends in bank.

What's with 24 access that isn't?No signs to tell you when the card slider access will actually work. I'm off work at 6AM and really tired of driving to a so called 24 hour access branch only to find it isn't.Quit listing them as 24 branches if they aren't.....Ok wait there is a sign posted on the second inside door, impossible to be seen from the outside stating that the door will be opened at 6AM. Which I saw when a security company person finally showed up to open the door at 6:1.8

Horrible service !!!!!!! I am not sure these are even human beings! The manager told me that he didn't think he was going to even accept a legal document, that I would have to take them to court to get my 90 year old mothers money(only $1,000) out of their bank.I am sure they are nice if you are bringing money into their bank, but don't try and close an account!

Exceptional customer service! I would recommend this branch to absolutely everyone I possibly can. Elliot Lin has gone above and beyond for my wife and I, treating us with customer service that is unparalleled. He takes care of absolutely everything for us with out hesitation and is the sole reason why my wife and I are transfering all loans over to servus, as we plan on taking all of our future business to Elliot. This branch proves there are still people out there committed to excellence!
