After having a terrible experience with a pair of leggings (bought them in the states and after 1 month had several rips in them) went into the store hoping to find a deal on pants. The lady greeted me and asked if I needed help. Explained my situation (not expecting much because I had no receipt) and she let me switch them out not a problem! Absolutely amazing service!

Tried to make a small return and had some questions about how much we were refunded. Both the cashier and manager made us feel like we were wasting their time. No one else was waiting in line with us. It was quite awkward and left us with a very bad impression.
