I have been with Webware for 5 years now and it is an excellent service provider. Their designs are top-notch and their customer support is outstanding. Working with Sr. Account Manager Brandon Ferguson has been a pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Brandon helped walk me through their new updates and innovations to web design and communications. I am very pleased with the results of my collaboration with Webware. Highly recommend!

Im extremally happy with the service i have gotten up untill this point, and today i had a new account/loyalty manager reach out to me and was able to get the ball rolling on some new software they have created. Super excited to move forward with this company for years to come.

Webware is shilling small business owners with false promises. Considering the concept of time being money, Webware has scammed week after week, month after month, and going on over a year of not delivering on promises. We designed a mock website for them so that there would no longer be time wasted with discrepancies and miscommunications which is intensely frustrating building the site was the only reason we hired them. We were ghosted for a month/pay period and after getting a hold of Sharon we were they could not design the website to our standards. The website mock we designed for them to replicate was taken from inspiration by active e-commerce sites who sell similar products. We requested links to 10 successful websites they have created to gauge necessary compromise in terms of the code.They sent 5 after after multiple times and they were all awful. The errors on these companies websites were the same errors we had been trying to hammer through from the first time we received a disappointing draft from Webware. This past year working with Webware has not only been a detrimental waste of money, but taxing to our sanity as well.To be clear, this doesn’t seem to be the fault of the employees and I truly hope they can move onto a better and more reputable company in their field someday as everyone deserves better than Webware.Though, I personally love seeing the owner ironically showing off on TikTok & Instagram as he posts about not understanding what he’s doing but doing it anyway and encouraging others to do the same (see anything with AI) Run far and fast from this company.

I joined webware a couple of weeks ago as an agency and the team has been extremely helpful on getting me to set it up and start running. I have specially enjoyed working alongside Henrito. He has really taken the time to walk me through the whole platform, as well as giving me useful insights for selling my services. Would 100% recommend so far.Will leave another review as I get clients and continue with the experience.

After working with this company for some time, we have come away quite disappointed. If you are looking for a general (sub-par) online presence this might be for you… otherwise - steer clear.To make a long story short, there were often discrepancies between what we were asking for and what we received, as well as long wait times for work to be done - only to be told that they were unable to perform the request. (To clarify we were waiting almost a month for website changes before I contacted them.. they told me the changes would be ready within 3 days - and when the 3 days passed, they told me none of the changes could be done! It seems that they did nothing for almost a month until I checked in, they scrambled to get it done - and then couldn’t. Very disappointing, and frankly was the last straw.)The communication team is decent and often on time - but there seems to be many channels that messages are passed through, creating difficulties communicating simple things and requests - all the way down to grammatical errors.They charge way too much for insufficient, under personalized marketing. Every time they wrote something for us - we had to make changes or completely restructure the blogs - basically were doing it ourselves because the quality was bad.We have decided to ditch this company - and instead - do our own website and marketing to avoid the headache and the cost for a mediocre website design.Buyer beware, they sound great on paper - but honestly we regret spending money with this company at all.

RUN! THEY CHARGE YOU AFTER YOU CANCELED THEIR SERVICES. To begin with they are over priced for the job. I was new to the business and I hired them. Firstly the website they made for me was so average and never brought in any clients. They promised me two blogs a month and delivered 0 in over a whole year. I might not have been on top of it because of being busy running a business, but there was NO COMMUNICATION from their end.When I spoke with the accountant manger Sharon- for everything she kept saying ‘let me ask the team and get back to you.’And one problem in particular needed a little work every now and then- she told me she’d send me the steps to do it because she can’t have someone on her team doing it. Well, what am I paying you for then???!They charged me for a month after I emailed them to end the contract. I am still asking for a refund and they are dead silent but sending me emails about the blog like they are continuing working for me and on top of things.They would also not stop calling to convince us to stay on.
