Great Northern Insulation

Firstly, the service was truly above and beyond. Joseph Ouellette and Jason Siddle are some of the nicest, hardest working people my family has met while renovating our home. My family was dealing with a difficult situation and both gentlemen ensured us they would try their very best to try to finish it as fast as they could, considering the job was much larger then expected. They did a phenomenal job and left a lasting impression on all of us. Truly such nice men. We really, really appreciated their hard work. If we could give 10 stars we would. Thanks so much!

They rescheduled the appointment date multiple times. When they arrived, their insulation hose was covered in dirt, and they made a mess both on my driveway and throughout my home. They blew insulation throughout the neighborhood and all over my neighbor's vehicles. Then they told me they only put r40 up there, when I paid for r60. I've had a horrible time dealing with them and I'd recommend to stay far away from them.

I needed to have the old insulation removed from my garage, not an easy task. We decided to have it removed and we called Great Northern Insulation. Turned out to be the best call we could have made. Jordan Lynch came out and set everything up for us, he was just great to work with. Their crew arrived as promised and they were very professional and thorough. Right from the start I was impressed. Their inspection team was very thorough with checking all details for work to be completed. Jordan Lynch explained all options and how I can save money heating my home!I made an appointment and they came out to do the work. They made sure to cover my clothes in the closet with the attic hatch and thoroughly cleaned up after they were done working. The team who came out was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company. I try to do my due diligence with quotes and research before picking a company for myself. Very impressed with the entire process.

I had contacted Great Northern Insulation for a condensation issue I was having with my attic. They were able to quote and perform the work quickly. My sales consultant Gregg was knowledgeable and helpful in determining what was needed to be done to address the issue. My attic insulation was not up to code. The crew that came, John & Nate were very courteous, professional and made me feel like an important Customer. They did an amazing job and cleaned up the mess great! Very impressed!From the very get go, I was taken care of. The lead estimator wasn’t available, but Gordon stepped in and came out right away and to take over. Gordon was very informative and explained the process very well.Super impressed with Joseph/Andrew the crew that came out to do the job. Very respectful to our project and property. They too were very informative about the process and got right to work. They contained the mess from overspray and were very conscientious of safety.My job took two days and they were on time and ready to work each day, very organized.At the end of the project they cleaned up everything in preparation for the next trade.Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!Thank you GNI

I wanted to insulate my garage and my builder highly recommend GNI. Anthony Abraham Custom Homes has been using them for years and guaranteed I would not be disappointed and I wasn't. I called and they had Mike their sales rep out in a couple of days. The job was done within a week. The installers were fast , friendly and professional. It took about 45 minutes and they were done. They left everything clean as a whistle. Thanks you!

We had sellulose installation put in the attic, after sometime we noticed that we couldn't keep up with the vacuuming and dusting in our house , turns out that fine particles are seeping through the light fixtures and bathroom fans. Now the company refuses to answer our calls, and we did hear that they sold the company, leaving us with no recourses.

I was somewhat satisfied with the work from Great Northern. Its very apparent that the employees are paid by piece work. Most of the work performed was reasonably well done, but it wasn't hard to find some things they missed, and short cuts that were taken.There were many areas in the spray foam that I needed to go back and fill with gun foam due to corners being completely open or just not having the proper thickness.The fiberglass batts laid over the cathedral ceiling were not well placed at all, some areas you could see right through the batts into the attic, I ended up removing many of them and replacing them to make sure the coverage was adequate.They applied foam to the windows as per the contract, unfortunately they completely filled the cavities with one application and bowed almost every window frame. Luckily" they forgot to do the basement windows. I complained about this and was told that it is "standard practice" to completely fill the void with only one application

it was a pleasure working with Great Northern Insulation starting with Mike A. coming to quote and talking me thru the process. Sandy was great to work with for scheduling and kept me informed. Then there was the team of Al & Joe that did a excellent job from prep to finish, and cleaning up. I will definitely be using Great Northern Insulation again in the future.
