Receptionist was very rude today. Will not go back. We drove all the way from North Bay had a credit on a gift card. They didn't allow us to use it... Lost our business!

This place is amazing. ALL the staff at Skin MediSpa are so wonderful and welcoming. But, there is one person in particular that I adore, a massage therapist, Hillary Langen. WOW. She's always friendly and makes me fell comfortable. Her treatments or out of this world. The way she applies her pressure techniques for a deep tissue or/and relaxing massage is very appreciated. Hillary's attention to details is remarkable. I always leave feeling incredibly satisfied and rejuvenated. I will continue to send more client's her way. Wish I could go weekly to see her. Thanks again Hillary!!!!

Getting laser hair removal treatments & always receive the best service! My technician Donna is super personable and she's more than ready to answer any questions I have about the process. Place is clean, and the staff are professional. Loving the results so far, would recommend this place to anyone in the Sudbury region for laser.

I was really looking forward to receiving a chemical peel for my skin at Skin Medispa as I’m a new mom and don’t get to treat myself very much anymore. I booked my consultation, packed up my infant, and went to my consult expecting it to go well. Well… I walk in and there were about 4-5 front staff staring blankly at me and then at my stroller. I felt weird about that but decided to proceed. I said I was there for my consultation. The staff member who I was speaking with (the same person I had booked the appointment with) said to me, “We don’t allow kids here. Did anyone tell you that this is our policy?” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I knew immediately that I would not be spending my money there after hearing that. I of course told her that no, I was not informed of this. She then said, “Hold on,” and picked up the phone. I decided that I would rather take my business elsewhere as I was now super uncomfortable. I put my coat back on and turned to walk away when she stops me and says, “Wait, how old is your baby?” I told her that I have changed my mind. I thanked them for their time and left. It may seem to some that this is a communication error but something about telling a mother that she cannot bring her infant with her to a consultation seems so bizarre and even discriminatory. It is very clear to me now that they expect only a very specific type of clientele. I would never recommend this place to my friends and family for fear that they will feel uncomfortable there as well.

I had the greatest massage from Donna. It was only 30 minutes and I could not be happier with her service. My back and my glutes feel the most relief I have had in YEARS. Efficient, professional, relaxing and so much relief.

I have frequented SKIN Medispa for several years. Their staff is friendly, well-trained and professional. I never worry about the quality of products being used and have purchased several skin care products that I continue to use years later.One of the things I appreciate most is the knowledge and experience the team brings to their profession. The nursing and spa staff are highly educated and trained, and their confidence in what they do puts clients at ease. Whether you have one question, or a million, they are there to answer and provide recommendations based on your specific needs and desires.Safety and cleanliness are priority one at this facility.

I always enjoy my visits to Skin MediSpa for their professional and friendly customer service, and the high quality of their services. I generally get the O2 medical facial and it’s an excellent experience with great results. I typically see Donna and she is wonderful - so personable and does a great job. Highly recommend.

Hilary is by far the best massage therapist I've ever been to in all of Sudbury! She is absolutely exceptional at what she does and I recommend her whenever I can. For as long as she is still massaging, I won't be going to see another therapist again. She is also super fun with a great personality which makes the experience that much better. Can't wait to see her again!!!
