U-Haul Moving & Storage at Enterprise Way

Poor customer service. The two girls were talking amongst themselves in Indian the entire time, and after I paid (and they were talking to each other in Indian), I loudly said “Thank you!” — and neither one of them even looked up at me or responded in any way. They just continued talking between themselves in a language only they understand and completely ignored me. 2 stars because it’s both rude and inconsiderate.

I sold my home with a 3 week closing and had to put some stuff in storage. I chose U-haul on Enterprise because of the location and I he storage they offer. They have been very helpful. I had 1 problem with an elevators being broken for a few days, other than that it’s been a great experience. Anirudh Babbar The manager there has been exceptionally great to deal with and so have been the staff. I see people being rude to some of the new girls working there, try not to be mean they are in training and have to deal with a lot of angry people. Think about when you got your first job and try to be patient.

The only issue is company's policy not to reimburse if you return the vehicle with extra fuel. I put extra fuel but haven't used the whole. How come you charge if one returns with less fuel but no refund with extra fuel? Feel like they ripped off me today. Otherwise all good.

I booked this facility because of the advertised 5am to 10pm access hours. That is blatantly false advertising, in both their paperwork and website. Access is only 7am to 7pm, same as office hours. I didn't find this out until after I moved in!On top of that, the loading bay (which is fabulous having a covered loading and unloading area) has a broken door at one end, so I had to do a 20 point turn with my uhaul truck and trailer to turn around inside the building so I could exit through the entrance door!

I'd love to give a better rating, so here's why this location is getting my poor review! I originally paid for a 10x10 on first floor with a wide door. I then come back the next day to find my key isn't working and something wasn't right. I found out they made a mistake and cut my lock then moved my stuff and all without notifying me! They moved me to 2nd floor and I wasn't happy and asked for my unit back and them to fix it. They said they would do that. The next day I came back after being told it was fixed and again my key didn't work in the new lock! So they moves me back to main floor but different unit and small door and again didn't notify of these changes wasting more time and gas so then the 3rd day they finally moved me to a 1st floor unit with big door and then expected me to move the stuff they moved! I don't appreciate people cutting my lock and going into the space I rented and moving anything without notice and consent! Thanks uhaul

1. worst customer service. 2. No ability to store after hours of operation. 3. No idea of their products. 4. Do not communicate with in their team. 5. A small door entrance to enter storage facility, making moving hard.1. Rude staff. From the lady at the front desk (Ramadan ?), to the guys laughing at people in the back. I have never experienced such disrespectful, unkind or unfriendly staff.3. Returned to receive the same product twice, not knowing the sizing.4. They made us run from back to front while making mistakes instead of communicating to each other. Even after expressing a call to the front would have made things efficient and easy.5. For a storage facility the entrance to move in things like couches should be bigger than a regular door. Their glass sliding door does not create easy access, nor does it seem like they will keep that door long.

I made a reservation with them but unfortunately, there was a glitch which created a mess. I was extremely mad, I also yelled at two sweet girls at the reception. But, they tried their very best to help me out and gave me a truck to help me with moving. Things happen!!!but I extremely appreciate the work you do…keep up with the good work.

I made an appointment to install a hitch receiver on a car. Booked it for a Wednesday and even paid upfront. They were trying to reschedule me for about 2 weeks out, I said it was unacceptable so they finally agreed to book me for the Saturday. Then on Saturday, I dropped my car off and they said it’d be an hour and a half max. Then I contacted them for an update an hour and a half later and they hadn’t even started it. Their excuse was that the installers were in a meeting, but they said it’d be ready in an hour. I came back an hour later and they were still not done, I had to wait for another half hour there. The actual installation seems good so far, but they are terribly organized and they do not keep their promises when they tell you an estimated time for install or even when you’re actually gonna be able to come in to do it.

The dashboard and the paperwork do not match and this is the second time it has happened. The first time I ended up being charged. This time, I was smart enough to check and make sure that the kilometres and fuel gauge lines up with the paperwork. It said that I had a half a tank when I picked it up but I had just under a quarter.

Beware of bait & switch. I reserved a 5x10 storage room 2 weeks in advance. Reservation & rate was confirmed by email from Uhaul. When I went to move in they charged me $10 per month more than my reservation. I questioned the rate and got two different & contradictory answers - the rates had increased from when I reserved, and then they said it was first come first serve and no more units available at rate I reserved. What’s the point of reserving if first come first serve? If the rates increased then why do they still have units at that rate? The Uhaul reservation system is apparently useless and management here are not honest. I needed storage that day so had to give in & pay extra. Not at all happy with this Uhaul and will be looking for storage elsewhere.
