Eric and Dom were very friendly and knew what they were talking about kept us informed of all issues found during the installation. Roughed in everything then came back to do the finishing touches and explained how system worked. Excellent job would recommend for future plumbing projects. Very Professional and friendly. We had a broken kitchen faucet removed and replaced with one we had bought at Home Depot. (We got the company name from Home Depot Home Services.) Eric, the owner of Progressive Plumbing Services was able to give us a detailed cost breakdown in advance after I described the proposed work in detail, was punctual, finished on schedule, there were no surprise or other extra costs, he was very helpful in answering my questions and was very approachable and professional. Excellent work and a pleasure to deal with.

Eric came late on a Friday evening to fix our clogged toilet. He found an installation error done by a different company that had been causing the initial problems with flushing to begin with. He took the time to explain everything to me as well. He was great! I have now recommended him to anyone I know needing plumbing. Thanks Eric!
