Worst service ever since they left hyannis ,like my car was to be service over 3 weeks ago, which they CLAIM they would order the parts needed which they didn't until we call checking on it. Now where at the shop and there is little ate no help!!!!

Everyone is excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, in every way. Will always answer my questions explaining everything that is going to be done and has been done to my car. I am still having trouble with the steering and I am sure once again when I mention it to them they will look into the problem. Thanks for the great service. Stay safe.

This was my first time visiting Yarmouth Kia, having just moved from out of province. It was a very quiet dealership compared to the city one that I had come from. The girls at the desk were very friendly and professional. There was free Wi-Fi and a small TV room with reading materials. A nice touch was the free healthy and not not-so-healthy snacks, plus the free hot drinks.

What a difference the new ownership makes. It truly feels like a real car dealership again. The proud associates of this dealership, regardless of position,are all true brand ambassadors and together they form a solid cohesive team-supporting group, that strives and delivers the ultimate in customer service excellence, bar none.The showroom is now immaculately clean, with a welcoming lounge area,and it is nice to see that they actually have vehicles, both new and certified used, on their lot.
