I explained that I didn't have a lot of time since I was going to work soon, so they didn't try and up sale me on things that were not needed at the time. I really appreciated that. I take care of my vehicle. so telling me I need something when I don't and just giving my a future list works great for me. Thanks

Absolutely stellar experience provided by Julian. Thought I needed an oil change due to the oil life indicator in my car, but it turned out I still had plenty of life left in the oil - a previous oil change failed to reset the oil life indicator. A less scrupulous establishment would have just performed the service and taken my money, but Mr. Lube and its employees always display integrity and honestly. Thanks again Julian and team.

Wow, great service from Julian! Went in for an oil change. Great no-nonsense service, was in and out in around 15 minutes. Brought us all drinks, very friendly, helpful and informative. Would certainly recommend their service!

Had a flat tire and was told by multiple tire shops they couldn't get in till later today" or "maybe tomorrow" or "leave it here and we will see if we can find time"I drive my vehicle for a living so none of those answers worked for me.Drove to Mr Lube and was in and out within an hour and back working. Very grateful they were there and now do tires.Thank you."

Very helpful. I accidentally topped my engine oil too much, and these guys were heaven sent. They drowned the oil and charged me $0.00. Everything took 5 minutes. Thanks again guys. Highly recommended.

An overall good experience. Very good service, the employees were all very pleasant. They were missing some supplies- and they communicated the situation clearly and rectified the problem as promptly as possible. They completed the oil change and offered other services that I chose to pass on. Thanks for a prompt oil change!
