Swaffield Septic Pumping Service

First time I had my Septic tank cleaned. Tom educated me about the septic tank.The service was very professional. Highly recommend Swaffield for all your Septic needs.

Whenever I leave a negative review on the internet I leave someone a positive review and since the negative review was for a direct competitor to the fine people at Swaffield septic and my experience with Swaffield was so positive I thought they deserved a mention. It is no easy task to back one of those trucks up my driveway and it's not the most enjoyable task to suck out the contents of a septic tank but the gentleman that showed up did both of these things with a smile on his face. I was able to make an appointment very promptly. They showed up and did the work they said they would do when they said they would do it and that can be hard to find in the world these days.

Very friendly and quality service. This was my first time having a septic pumped and no complaints. Troy was very pleasant to work with and provided good information about the condition of our tank and even made a small repair to a broken pipe. I would highly recommend them for your septic needs!

Called around and had 4-5 week wait with others Called on a Friday ask how to locate lids and was pumped out on Monday great service and friendly staff. Thanks again to Troy for answering all my questions

1stare because I had to, in order to right this reviewI called, set up an appointment for a septic pump out as per selling my house, byers and there realty adjent came in from out of town, to view the pump out(2.5 hrs away). Pump out included digging out the septic lid for additional fee.Swiftfield arrived, started to dig, then stopped, got in his truck and left.My attempts to call him were met with Swaffield hanging up on me, 4 times.I us another cellphone and was able to speak to Swaffield. He told me he changed his mind and was not coming back.I was left hanging with the byers.I would never recommend Swaffield and will be passing my story around .

I had a minor back up in the house late Tuesday night, called Swaffield at 8am and he was out, pumped and inspected the tank before 10am Wednesday. Knowledgeable, helpful and immediate service. I highly recommend. Oh and they are also reasonably priced!

Tom and his associate were courteous, efficient and had the patience to answer all my questions, and there were many!The service was excellent.
