We had a wonderful experience with a wonderful account Manager by the name of Ahmad Ghorab an amazing multitasker, such a patient young man who was swamped with customers and took care of every single one while on then phone with different reps explaining my situation still trying to figure out a best way to help us ... not much help from phone reps to begin with eventually rhings got done all in all he without a doubt is agreat asset to your team. So thankfull for his tremendous patience and help.

I wanted to thank Ahmed for such great service. I found Ahmed through a Facebook advertisement and start chatting with him regarding the black Friday promotion. He was so helpful and informed me of all the info I need to know about the plan and price. My location was 100 KM away from his store after I talked to him over the phone, I decided the drive to him and get done all changes I need for my plan. I am so happy about the service Ahmed has done for me and I will recommend him to my friend as well. I felt comfortable trusting him. The best customer service I've had.Thank you, Ahmed
