Wish I could review a negative - Dealing with the owner Lloyd Cohen, was the worst experience I have had in 25 years of being employed, and I am pretty thick skinned to be able to handle all types of people - 4 months of daily ignorant emails was enough for me. Hes a pompous and arrogant human.Condescending, belittling, ignorant and over all treats employees like pions and tenants like a dollar sign.Would never recommend being an employee or a tenant to this company.

We have not had a local property manager since the last two got sick of Lloyds condescending verbal abuse and absolute negligence regarding his rentals. I was never given an emergency number. I suffered from severe carbon monoxide poisoning 6 days ago and he took no action until this morning although he has been in town this whole time and I have been contacting him via phone and email since the day it happened. I didn't have heat, at all, for 5 days. I purchased a carbon monoxide detector as the one I was TOLD detected CO only does smoke. He is trying very hard not to reimburse me. I called a heating company for a furnace inspection and they condemned the furnace as unfit for use for health and safety reasons. They were not to his satisfaction so I then had to call a second company who said I needed to call the gas company to confirm his readings. Lloyd did not even respond to my emails until I sent him notice to end tenancy under a breach of material terms under the tenancy act. Then he suddenly cared. This man lines his pockets at the expense of unknowning tenants and cares more about money than human health and safety. Do not rent from him.

Very good costumer service

Not a fan of the management. Looks like my sentiment is echoed here in regards to Lloyd... Disrespectful, in some ways tried to be intimidating, and irrogant. Building which was 24 Hastings was aesthetically nice, but cheaply built. Water damage and some severe shifting in fall made it almost impossible to open the main door. Would not recommend.
