Kaylee made my house absolutely sparkle! Not only did she and her team do an amazing job, she helped me out in a jam when the cleaner I had booked suddenly bailed on me. RUSH JOB NOT COMPLETED WELL-Kaylee came recommended to me and was available last minute to clean between reno projects, we had only one day to get the house ready. She was suppose to arrive at 8am, but at 8:40 I still hadn't heard from her, so I asked when she would arrive, she said in 20 minutes, but called me 5 minutes later to say she was trying to plan her day and was it possible to come at 2-3pm, this was no problem (even though she didn't do as she originally said) so we agreed on this timing. At 3:40pm she still had not arrived, I called her and she said she would arrive at 4:30pm, again because I needed a cleaner so last minute I said okay. When I arrived home at 6:15pm she was sitting in her car already. Meaning she was at our home for less than 2 hours. She did not give me time to review the work with her as she said she had to go. When I walked in my house she had not done half the cleaning that we agreed to, she didn't bother to remove the drop cloths on the appliances to clean them, she didn't bother to do the laundry room floors and she left tons of dust and particles on the floor so it did not look like she had done any work at all. She said the reason was because she did not have proper working lights, well she didnt' call me at any point during the job to say she was having issues and she should have told me she didn't have time to do this job that day. She then continued to argue with me over the cost, as I said I would not pay the full amount for half the job completed. She offered to come back at 8pm that same night and I said no as we could no accommodate that, she offered to come back the next morning to finish it and I said no because the workmen are back in at that time. Really disappointed in her service and how she basically forced me to pay for a job that was done terribly. Would not recommend and will not use again.

Kaylee came at very short notice, quickly understood my needs and was very thorough in a short amount of time. Also she was open to feedback and actively seeks it. She gives a sense of reliability and I hope we can work with her regularly.

Kaylee and her team did an amazing job on my home ! She was very professional and left our home glistening and smelling great. Her prices are fair, she even made our childrens beds with love and had their stuffies reading books the kids just loved it !Thanks for your help kaylee, we will be seeing you again soon

We could not thank her more. I have an elderly parent in a nursing home, so following all COVID protocols were important to me; as well as being fully vaccinated.I highly recommend this company.
