Terrible place. If a “resident” here doesn’t like you, not only will you not even get an interview but she runs Willowside Co-op like a maniacal tyrant and she interferes with people’s Lives in this co-op, the one she manages and others. Carine & her buddy “mr big time business jerk fake” they are sick vindictive people. This co-op is not at all governed as it should be by the community. “In crowd” are happy but everyone else watch out as one by one they pick on people, threaten, harass, and evict whomever they choose! Co-ops are not as they pretend to be and this one is NOT as advertised. Beware! Be warned!

The one review Sara and Pete they got removed due to nonpayment of rent. Also, their sons are extremely rude and disrespectful, calling adults names and trying to fight with everyone. Asgard does need some improvements but they're working on it.

This is the worse place in the world you could possibly live.

It's a great community and the people make it better. I love living here and my neighbors are just the best
