Very unprofessional to speak with. Sends out two rental increases a year, without reviewing the tenancy lease agreements! So tenants must go the the Tribunal to have these unlawful increases addressed, by the Landlord and Tenant Board. Not familiar with the Ontario Government legislation!

Simple misunderstanding between myself and rental agency. Had a two minute conversation with this guy where he got dates mixed up, didn’t understand questions then got angry/ condescending when I tried correct the information. Lots of attitude and completely useless to deal with. Rental agency apologized to me several times and had heard the same feedback from other tenants.

Worst Paralegal Award goes to James Moak! Extremely unprofessional. Incapable of reading simple submissions or ignores them altogether to then advise he never seen them. 3 years of dealing with this individuals incompetence. Should be reviewed by the Ontario Law Society for his total lack of professionalism and for validating his competence in Ontario law. Slumlord lawyer and he's clearly proud of it.
