WIN Home Inspection
We hired WIN to do a air quality inspection in our home because our 6 year old has been coughing a lot lately. They found high levels of RUST in his room. Frequent and prolonged exposure to the dust from rusted metal can result in siderosis, a lung disease that leads to other complications like pneumonia or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. We are very appreciative of WIN as they were extremely professional as well as thorough. I highly recommend WIN Home Inspection.

My Realitor (which I 100% trust!) referred me to this company for my home inspection and set the appointment up for me. Two gentlemen arrived at my new home. We spoke some outside. They asked specifically or general, what I expected from this home inspection. Answered a ton of questions I had and so on. We entered the house and did some more talking. This is my 3rd house I’ve bought in my life which equals me having little experience at two houses before this one. Right away, I was blown away with these guys! Very professional. Never rushed me. Compared to my past home inspections, this company went above & beyond. Explaining every little thing they were looking at/checking. VERY HONEST GUYS! Which I think everyone can appreciate these days. And they told me at the end of my inspection, I would have a 5 year “roof warranty” through them. If anything happened they would come out and fix it. And also, all the appliances in my home (for the first 30 days after closing on my new home) since they were inspected thru them, in those 30 days if any of them stopped working for me again that they would personally warranty them and fix them for me! I am still blown away at what a FABULOUS & OUTSTANDING job they provided me with!!! 10/10. 5 stars! I will forever use them at any time I need a home inspection done in the future! Money well spent!

Jeff and John were excellent! Very thorough and knowledgeable in the field. Easy to chat with and didn’t seem like they were rushing though the inspection. A very detailed inspection report was provided with pictures and explanations. Very happy with WIN Home Inspection!
