Terrible company. They don't abide by COVID-19 guidelines either. I've never seen so many workers packed together like sardines in my life. Horrible management/leadership team. And to make it even better THEY'RE NOT EVEN A CERTIFIED ARMORY COMPANY. Please shut this place down.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH INKAS. THE HAITIAN GOVERNMENT PAID INKAS $12,000,000 USD for 18 armored vehicles since June 2022. They promised to deliver the vehicles in 10 days. Its almost a year since the Haitian National Police have been waiting for the armored vehicles. They only sent 8 vehicles, one of them was used with over 10,000 miles. The vehicles are not in great condition at all. I will attach some pictures in my other post about these crooks working at Inkas. They are the number one thieves in Canada. Do not do business with Inkas.

If I could do zero stars I would. By far the worst car I have ever owned. I bought a 2014 Lincoln MKS from Inkas. It had zero KMS on it when I bought it. It had a 8 inch stretch from Inkas. I have had 2 widows replaced from imperfections and cracks. The body has multiple cracks in the roof that appear every 2 years. I have spent thousands at the body shop over time to keep it on the road. This car has only 140,000 km today. I brought the issues to them over the last few years and was ignored every time. There excuse is I am out of province and its a commercial car and oh yeah its your problem now not ours because its over a year old.I caution everyone not to buy from them they have zero customer service and don't warranty anything. Transport Canada will be notified of their shotty work they do and its quite frankly unsafe to allow them to produce modified vehicles

In November 2021, we wanted to order a customized Mercedes Sprinter for our limo company. Mr. Leo Bodenstein got in touch with us back then.He put a lot of pressure on us at that time to quickly sign a sale agreement. He was calling us very frequently, just to complete his sale. He also required a 20 000$ deposit which we sent.He told us that we could expect a delivery around spring 2022.Then the problems have started. As soon as he received the deposit, communications began to be extremely difficult.He was very good at first to call us 2 to 3 times a week to make sure we will sign the sale agreement.But then when it was the time to get update on our vehicule, he was never there. We tried to communicate with him several times by email and it tooks something weeks to get answers if we get it. By phone he did not answer at all.We just wanted some updates in the summer on our vehicule, we know the situation is complicated in the automotive industry nowadays, but the least they can do is giving us an update once in a while...Then he started to make some promises, like we should start ''building by next week''But then when we later asked if they have started, no answers for a while.Then we had to put pressure again because confidence was clearly lost in Mr. Bodenstein. So we ask if we could get a VIN number at least. If they say they start building soon they should at least have a VIN.He finally sent us a VIN of a 2021 model... In the sale agreement we signed for a 2022... But we did not make a case...So then he told us they will start building next week! We gave him one last chance.But then no news from them. We sent emails, we try calling them. No response at all.So we have ask for a full refund of our deposit, because they are clearly never going to build that van and we have lost all the trust in the company.Inkas try to show that they are a big company, but in fact this is the worst customer experience we have seen in the industry.Avoid this company for any limo or armored build.Still waiting on our refund.Felix

When buying a vehicle like this it’s so much more than just picking a vehicle. The care and service becomes vital. INKAS come out as an absolute 5 star service and ticks all the boxes. Edward Fayer impressed us with excellent customer care and communication!

Not an ethical business. They export military vehicles to rogue states like Azerbaijan, which violate and threaten global stability.

A great company with great products. The build quality is excellent and first class. After sales is also reliable and you don't have to worry buying an armoured vehicle from this company. If there is an issue they will fix it and promptly, even at their expense.

I worked with Edward regarding my requirements. He was very friendly helpful in providing guidance and options. He was flexible during all the negotiations. He kept me updated on possible delays and cars were delivered to my satisfaction.George
