The owner, Michael, very quick, professional and friendly. I received a response from my initial inquiry within 24 hours and then he came over within 24 hours. I was also glad that he was easily able to accommodate evening times after I get home from work. He was able to explain everything to me very clearly and was very quick at getting all of the work done. He was also incredibly polite and respectful. He came into the apartment with shoes off and he packed away the boxes after he was done with them. We needed to have a smart switch installed, ceiling light installed, and thermostat replaced. Unfortunately, it turned out that the new thermostat was too small for the holes of the old one, so it couldn't be installed. His rates are consistent with other electricians I've worked with in the past. I'd definitely use his services again for our next job and I'm going to recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.
