Shoppers Drug Mart

I mostly come to this location for the postal services. The ladies that operate the postal office are second to none. They are friendly and helpful unlike other locations in Richmond I've been to in the past. Convenient location and the selection doesn't fall behind much compared to other bigger and newer Shoppers.

I was there last night walked in 5-10 minute before closing just to pick up some late snacks for my younger siblings security name jean I think her name was so disrespectful she clearly was kicking me out because the store closed 2 minutes ago I work at a retail and I wait 1 hour after the store closes for our customers to go home not coming up to them and tell them times up so disrespectful. I’ve been shopping there for 2 years and let me tell you not worth it

After doing some homework, I was correct in that they are not supposed to charge tax on xbox gift cards. This store is the only one to do so. I do not recommend buying any gift card from here.

Kori is very patient and nice. My family practitioner prescribed the wrong thing so I had to come back after picking up a wrong medication. Kori went above and beyond to help me fix it.

In the defence of the pharmacy folks, I have found them pretty knowledgeable and helpful over the more than 10 years we have used this pharmacy. Georgina is particularly helpful as are some of the other fellows there. Perhaps there has been a change in staffing, but overall I find this really good service. Their phone in refill system is perfect and I use it all the time. Pleasant small drug store.

We moved pretty close to this location. Hence I do most of my shopping here, but believe me I avoid this location like the plague now and drive to Steveston. Let me start by saying that the post office staff are really efficient and friendly. However, in the past one year I had two returns both under $15 with receipt for unopposed unused items and the cosmetics manager I believe her name is Tanya or Tina made me feel horrible both times and almost talking down to me and I am not a confrontational person plus shopping with a small one, I chose to stay silent both times. I told my husband what happened and he advised me to never go there again as I want my shopping experience to be positive and not have to stress about an employee.

SAVE TIME AND GO TO LONDON DRUGS NEARBY INSTEAD!!!! I AGREE THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. I went today & ALL STAFF WERE RUDE!!!! My lower abdomen was hurting so bad and they had me wait for my prescription for 30 mins and weren’t open to really assisting about insurance suggestion regarding direct charge to MDM Guard Card. I called MDM and they said it shouldn’t be a problem as long as they use the policy number and I suggested that to the personnel AFTER he let me wait for 30 mins to a failed transaction even though I said I would like to know before buying cause I’m an international student and on a tight budget. I WENT TO LONDON DRUGS AND ACTUALLY LISTENED TO WHAT I SAID REGARDING INPUTTING MY POLICY NUMBER AND IT GOT APPROVED IN 5 FREAKING MINUTES. WORST SERVICE HERE EVER. Believe me DONT WASTE UR TIME AND RUIN YOUR DAY!!!

June 15, 2023 6pm:Shopping at Seafair location and 2 staff members working at the cosmetic counter having a WAY too loud discussion about how one of them bought a house in a neighbourhood where there were no renters but now rental properties have been built and her property value is going down because we lowly renters are just the worst!Highly offensive and reflects poorly on the business.By the way- I wouldn't want you 2 for neighbors either.Sincerely,One of thousands of renters in Richmond
