Insurance rental got a car with Quebec plates during a pandemic such a great car took it back 3 days early great experience. Never again will I darken their door.would have rated lower didn't deserve a whole star.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Needed a car in a small town and this firm offered an excellent option. Not opened on the weekends required somewhat a change of plans but within bounds of convenience. I'd advise to book ahead on-line as their limited supply of cars would make it difficult to acquire one. Overall the service was good and friendly and most importantly prompt.

This is by far the best rental experience I have ever had in my life! Josh is their only employee at this location and let me tell you, he runs this branch to the absolute best he can! He puts all of his effort into EVERYTHING that he does and it really shows! Everything was outstanding and just so seem-less! From the moment he professionally picked us up, helped us load up the rental truck, and brought us back to the location to fill out the paperwork, everything was just top notch and A+! Way to go Josh, you really deserve to be recognized by head office for your amazing attitude and incredible efforts! Thanks again for the awesome experience!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Needed a rental after an accident. I was provided an undersized car with wiper blades that reduced visibility and does not feel safe for highway commuting.When I came to the office to exchange the rental at 1:45pm on a Wednesday there was no one in the building and all lights were off. Hours of operation are 8:00-5:00 but the office hours are clearly not accurate as no one is actually working here on a Wednesday afternoon.Very upset with both the quality of the vehicles and the quality of the customer service.

Great experience with Enterprise Midland. I needed a rental car while mine was being repaired. The car they gave me was clean and newer - much nicer than I expected! And the staff was fantastically friendly and efficient. The check-in and out was quick and easy. They are doing a great job and provide an excellent customer experience. Well done!

Fantastic place worked with me when I had two diff accidents this year and helped me in my time of need so I didn't miss any work. Fantastic customer service and the people who work there are all super friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
