Sea-Vue Motel

I was excited to stay here based off the reviews and pictures. But I can say that the motel is nothing like described. I wish I could upload pictures with my review. There were holes in the walls.The light in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling. I would not classify the room to be clean.The bed was rock hard and the sheet had stains. There is no way to control the temperature in your room. And with it being the end of September it’s cooling down at night you can’t adjust for it.I had many many bugs throughout my room both dead and alive.I will say staff was friendly that was about the only positive thing I have to say.I don’t recommend this place at all.

Great rooms, very friendly service. Definitely, an upgrade from when I last stayed there a couple years ago. Recommend!

We stayed in room 17 from May 2022 to april 2023 and it was absolutely awful there were chips of paint missing on the walls the microwave was half damaged there was a wasp/hornet nest in the backyard there were gaps in the floor boards there was mold on the baseboards some light bulbs were missing from the sockets the kitchen was very tiny and hard to cook the rent price was stupid expensive the beds felt like bricks and the motel sign was in xtremely bad shape and the kitchen sinks drain pipe was leaking in the cabinets and I injured my foot on the sewer main in the bathroom the bathtub was lifted off the ground with a baseboard on the bottom front the next door neighbors were really loud the location was scary there were criminals in some rooms we were always suck inside and bored as hell and we had covid 2 times worst motel I've ever seen in my hole life

Our family was in an urgent situation Very accommodating place. They staff is very nice and sincere. Loved the location. They were so nice to us and helped as much as they could to make us comfortable and happy.

After reading the reviews, I was super hopeful of a tidy place to spend the night. We love motels when travelling across country, and so appreciate the family motels that put care and pride into their properties.I always read the reviews online before I walk into the office, just to be sure. Our experience matched nothing from the reviews I read. There is a sign in the office that says no refunds, it’s there for a reason people!Rock hard beds, whole in the wall, bathroom door that you couldn’t shut. It was cold and rainy when we arrived, but no way to adjust the heat so opted to use the elements on the stove to heat up the room. The use of duct tape throughout was amusing though.

Afew month my family and I stayed here was the best motel we stayed at for Thunder Bay motels we got a kitchenette and it was clean the owner and his family were really helpfull and nice about everything!.

For the price, its good. The lady was great to fit us in calling the night before our trip there. Bed, hot shower, fridge for beer and microwave for popcorn. Just bring your own soap. There isn't any.... lol.

My husband and I were on a honeymoon road trip, on our way home and we decided to stay here for a night. It was clean, had great WiFi, and the lady at the front was very nice and accommodating. Close to some amenities as well, but not close to the downtown. Great stay, definitely recommended!
