Worst dealership ever. My car (GMC Terrain) diagnostic was reduced engine power". Their fix after $230 was this protection which makes no sense. Hopefully I will never have to go there again. Stay clear of this place because they are money grabbers."

I have placed a deposit to reserve a test drive here and I finally bought the car. Not like St-Jerome Chevrolet who did not keep their promise and sold the car I want to buy because they forgot to cash in my deposit.

Just purchased my car there! Amazing service, all the staff is wonderful and helpful! Car was ready in 2 days ! Highly recommend it! Thank you to everyone!

Terrible experience, extremely rude staff. I was forced to speak french because they can barely say 2 sentences in English but my french is good so I overlooked that. I went to have a problem fixed they charged me 250$ just to send me back home with the same broken car that stopped working on the highway without any guarantee or anything. I went back the other day and they said if I paid 500$ it would be fixed. They kept making promises until I told them the problem could be the transmission which then raised the price to 2200$ I talked with their supervisor who was somewhat a bit more professional but when I was in his office there were 2 other employees who thought I was “just there to waste their time” and the manager didn’t even bother listening to me he just said what they said and offered a free diagnosis in the end like that would solve anything… My advice: go to a mechanic you trust and don’t let these people waste your time and money.

I bought a car from here in 2017 and have been coming here since. I have to say that I have never once been served by a courteous staff member in the service department. Every time you ask them something you are bothering (especially the minute they know you are anglophone). I mean never once have I seen anyone smile. No one goes above and beyond for the clients. I have always had to argue for every issue. Very unfortunate that in the last 4 years management has never made this an importance or made any adjustments to the service level. I will never recommend this location to anyone and will certainly not be purchasing my next car from them.

Sales people are full of lie. Not very honest. The manager is very rude.But the service side is wonderful people. Very good service nice people.

I can understand where the other reviewers are coming from about the rudeness of rhe staff however its not about how hard you fall its about how fast you get up... it started off rocky but then Frederick took over and it was a breeze after that and we ended up putting a deposit on a new bolt EV for my parents . Great service from this gentleman .. listens and responds well to your questions.. highly recommended

Bad service. They dont care about their clients.My wife and I went to see them last week, her car was supposed to be ready for monday this week, it was then pushed to wednesday (today) and now she wont have her car for another 9 days, when it has already been 1 week we are waiting. So we “should” have it by next friday. What a nightmare.They said it is against their values to offer us an “auto de courtoisie” even if the delays are completely their problem and not our fault. I feel like it would be proper to offer a vehicle to their clients if there are mistakes on their end…I bought my car at the same time at Chevrolet in Saint Jerome. They treated me with the utmost respect, offered me a vehicle for the time I waited for my car, and delivered on the date promised. I dropped off my free rental and picked up my new car yesterday. Saint Jerome is the RIGHT place to buy your car. They actually care.I will never suggest Chevrolet 440 to anyone. Horrible experience. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.

Worst experience ever. I got scammed at this place. Went for a Diagnose of a problem I knew I had with my car and just wanted to make sure. The appointment to just check up the car was $135 which I was okay with, but at the end I found out that they refilled my coolant and and some other NOT NECESSARY bs *(Without my consent)*. And then charged me $240 for absolutely nothing.Also, not Proper English from most of the staff.
