Bára Whitewater Rafting

Before booking the staff was very open about the level of skill required for this event and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable The actual rafting was awesome! Our guide was very skilled and the whole group had a lot of fun. Despite the long and slightly scary waiver, I did feel quite safe during the whole event. I will definitely be doing this again!

Was an awesome experience! The rafting and mud sliding made me feel like a kid again and was an experience like no other. As newer company run by veterans, I think they have the timing down for an optimal, fun, and safe experience on the River. I highly recommend going with Bára!

Went this evening and it was an amazing experience. Jeff was wonderful hoping to be back before the season ends!Mudsliding, walking the floor of the river, the tidal bore rafting itself, then swimming, a shower to rinse off and snacks could not ask for more! Will even be getting some pictures/videos

Had another great adventure with Jeff; it was our fourth time with him and he never fails to make the trip fun and exciting. Can't remember the last time we laughed so much. We took our 7 and 9 year old grandchildren for their first time - what a mistake LOL, they had so much fun we are now going to have to take them every year. Jeff is able to tailor the intensity of the trip to the level of comfort of his guests ensuring they all have a great time. We also enjoyed the mud sliding, you would have to pay big bucks in a spa for a mud bath and it wouldn't be nearly as much fun. We would highly recommend Jeff to anybody looking for an adventure and not afraid to get wet (and maybe a little muddy). Thanks again Jeff, we'll see you again next year!

Just an amazing experience with Jeff and the team at Bára Whitewater Rafting! I've never been so wet or swamped in a boat. We could see a number of other boats on the river, but from what I can tell we got wetter, and had more fun then any of them. Add in some mudsliding, drifting down the river and a host of great memories. We will be back!

Jeff has been a tidal bore rafting guide for over 14 years! We really enjoyed our trip with him. He is very knowledgable and since he is a smaller company, he can bring you to cool places the big rafting parties won't bring you to. My husband had a blast mud sliding! We went on a colder and rainy day and still had a great time. Jeff knows how to show his customers a good time while also keeping them safe. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely book with Jeff!

Oh man this was SO MUCH FUN! We are a family of 6 and that's two teens & two younger children. While the 9yr old found it a bit intense, our 8yr old loved every second. Our 9yr old really had fun with the mud sliding. Jeff, our guide, was the best. He made sure everyone was happy and having a great time. To quote my husband It was worth every penny". We cannot say enough good about it."

Great adventure and worth the money. Exciting, fun and laughed a ton. Guide was awesome, knowledgeable and skillful with the boat. Mudslide was awesome. Didn’t expect being able to swim down the rapids at the end which was an added bonus. Surpassed expectations. Only negative is comfort level hanging onto the ropes and that rubber zodiac handle that one person on each side inevitably sits on. Would be more comfortable as a group of 6 then 8.
