Amazing sourdough bread and the place is so visually satisfying. The oat milk latte tasted like pure milk though and the barista looked to be in an extreme bad mood argh. The cashier was delightful though, gotta come back to try the food!

Ohh la la! Flavour fantastica and in every direction you look. This is a fabulous place to enjoy superb culinary talent whether from the wide assortment of baked goodies or the savoury sandwiches and soups.

One of the nicest cafe in the fraserhood. French inspired. Good place to hang out on a lazy mid day weekend. It does get busy sometimes. Great for desert or lunch meals.

Best butter crossiants in Vancouver. Crunchy on the outside and good buttery flavour. Also, great coffee drinks and a good selection of fresh pastries and bread. Soup du jour and sandwiches are available too.

Excellent bread, sliced or whole, wrapped in butcher paper to go.Fresh pastries, simple French lunches (excellent tarte a l'ognion) and a simple, fresh take-out deli with dressings, pickles, and charcuterie.A great place to go shopping for all things baking as well.A small patio outside is perfect for those with pooches.

I always enjoy the baked goods here. Today we tried a couple of the lunch items, too. The quiche and sandwich were pretty good; the amount of salad was a bit lacking for the price, though.

Batard Bakery does not disappoint. The French bakery is lively, has a great ambiance, and provides a nice selection of baked goods, food, and drinks. You'll wait in line as it's always busy - but it's worth it. We had the quiche, sandwich, and soups! Pro tip: get the hot chocolate. It's delicious.

This bakery has a variety of baked stuff and pastries... they are beautiful in terms of look and taste. The bakery is beautiful from outside and beautiful from inside. Nicely decorated and has lots of food products that are sourced and made locally. The display of the baked goods is beautiful. The service is great and the staff are wonderful. The seating area is beautiful. There is nothing perfect but this place had it... hard to find anything to criticize. If, for some crazy reason, I'm forced to live in there, I think I will be very happy and well fed. In other words, if there are spots of heaven on this planet, this would be one of them lol

Authentic French pastries were so delicious.Beautifully decorated cafe with comfortable seating.Quaint marketplace that sells local foods and goods.
