Chelsey from Imagine Events was our wedding coordinator. Chelsey was lovely, professional and made sure our day was planned perfectly. She also set up the decor with her assistants and ensured our day went perfectly according to plan. I am so thankful to have had all of our important details in her hands - she did a wonderful job! We had an incredible experience with Imagine Events. Our wedding day SO perfect and went flawlessly all thanks to their help. Taylor alleviated so much stress and was there to help out leading up to it as well. Taylor and Chantel were constantly asking if we needed anything and were prepared for any scenario. They were organized, paid attention to detail (which I very much appreciate) and were quick to solve any issue that arised. I couldn't have asked for better help on our special day. We used Imagine Event's Day-of-Coordination for our wedding and it was by far the best decision we made! Angela was so helpful, not only through the entire process, but when her services began it was such peace of mind to have her contacting and coordinating vendors. We just hired Imagine Events for day-of coordination for our wedding. They did a fabulous job running the events of the day and even helped with some pre-planning and vendor coordination ahead of time. They were flexible to make adjustments throughout the day, which really helped us to focus on enjoying the day stress-free. The cost was very reasonable and it feels like we got more than our money's worth. We will definitely be recommending to our friends to procure a wedding coordinator early on in the process (a wedding is a lot of work) and Imagine Events is a spectacular choice.

Angela was recommended to me from a friend and I'm SO glad we ended up using a coordinator. I'm a pretty organized person lol so I really thought I could do it all myself but got very busy with work and decided to hire Imagine Events. I'm SO glad we did. The timeline and checklist she put together for us was so detailed with way more attention to detail than I would have been able to do.The most valuable pieces for us where: the extremely detailed timeline, the checklist, they contacted all our vendors (like 20 of them) to confirm the entire the timeline, they helped us run our entire rehearsal, they handled all the little issues that popped up the day of.Every one of my married friends that I showed the timeline to said if they could go back they would have 10000% hired a coordinator. If you're on the fence - book Angela! Oh lastly her pricing was very reasonable compared to the other 5-6 coordinators we reached out to.
