Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
I got served by a new worker and the two ladies “training her” told her the amounts to put on and I’ve never had a smaller amount in my burrito bowl. And for $14 and it’s basically half full. Probably my last visit as there are better options close by.

Had an amazing experience at this Mucho Burrito, staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Brenley was extremely thorough and made sure I was getting everything I want, the customer service presented by her was phenomenal. The food was fresh and delicious. Will be returning 100%.

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
I just recently found out this mucho burrito reopened this year. The lady named Melissa came from another location to help with the reopening. Since the first time Melissa has made the best mucho burritos I've had. Burritos are always wrapped well and evenly grilled. I come here quite often due to work and plan to keep coming because of the great experience I had with Melissa.

I love MB but the service at this location was rather dismal and frustrating: the employee taking our order was getting almost everything wrong - from the burrito size to the toppings to the sauces - as if they had just started that day AND couldn't hear us but also as if they were too prideful to provide verbal acknowledgment of anything. The supervisor was working just a few feet away, but didn't offer any help, even though the service was taking much longer than it should have and the employee clearly needed significantly more coaching.I would recommend MB, generally, just not this location.

great selection of meats, veggies and saucesquick service, friendly staffI ordered the trio soft tacos and tried the 3 different meats such as: carne asada, chorizo and beef with all the veggies.tasted fresh and deliciousthey also serve alcohol including organic beers and Mexican beers

Classic mucho burrito establishment. Food was fresh and a healthy change from other fast food. This location has large booths which was great for my little army of children.

Tuesday May 24 2022 3:30 pm. Went to this location and was served by a Dark skinned young girl that needs a lesson in customer service. Honestly if you don't like your job or have a issue don't take it out on your customers. I could hardly understand what the girl was saying and when I asked her to repeat herself she still barely was understandable. Then I asked for my burrito to be cut in half and the girl rolled her eyes and sighed like I was making her go out of her way to serve me. Finally after paying I asked if I could have a stack of napkins due to me having kids and she rudely shoved 4 only 4 napkins in the bag. She then turned around and went to the back without saying thank you or have a nice day or whatever. I will never return to this Location and considering I was the only one in the restaurant I was probably not the only one who has a problem with this location.

Out of all the mucho burritos in the city this is my preferred location. Usually have great staff who aren’t stingy with the portions. HOWEVER the hours of operations of this location are ridiculous. Different from locations across the city and closed randomly. Just went to grab dinner and they are closed. Website says they are open on Tuesdays until 8pm. Waste of time and gas. Disappointed.

It can't be just me who thinks the food here is suddenly bland! Chicken was dry and unflavored. Burrito was overly filled with barely flavored rice, I would assume to fill the volume left by the smaller helpings of any other topping... which I didn't fully have a say in picking anyway because the server would not stop oddly gesturing at covered dishes (I cant see through metal lids!) while I was trying to order.
