Mark and his family run a great shop. Honest work that they guarantee, I’ve had mishaps where a tube is pinched during quick tire changes and they replace the tube no problem.Very knowledgeable of xc, MTB and race but also extremely accessible for leisure riders. I’ve even sourced parts online when extremely short on funds and they’ll install with no resentment about it. Highly recommend

Came in to drop off my bike for a tire replacement expecting to drop and pick up later in the week, however they were able to do it there in about 10 minutes even though they seemed rather busy. Friendly service. Best bike shop in the area

I was on a bike tour still several days from home when I had a spoke break. I thought I was going to have to end my trip early after that, but the folks at Total Sports took my bike in right away and got me back in riding condition. The mechanic told me I should be able to get home on my current wheel after a spoke replacement, and I can replace the wheel in a few more hundred kilometers. I really appreciated the honesty and that they weren't trying to oversell me when I was in a pinch. I got home safe on that wheel without any other issues. Very thankful for the honesty, kindness, and quality workmanship I experienced at Total Sports!

This place is the real deal. Friendly staff, fair prices, excellent technical know-how and a great stock of parts. I had a disastrous crank arm failure in Midland on a bike ride up from Barrie and thought my ride was going to be over. I limped in here only an hour before they were closing and not optimistic anyone would have the parts or time I needed. But I could not have been more wrong. They are great problem solvers and were able to change my crankset and get me on my way. Could not have been happier with their service.
